About

Who is the guy?

Fair question, given there's no headshot on this page.

I'm a French finance professional, based in Nice, mid-forties problem with cycling, fifteen years in capital markets and corporate treasury — five of them in the UK, which is where the English comes from and possibly the sense of humour. By day I structure financial risk for a large industrial group. The rest of the time, I run furnished rentals of my own here in the Alpes-Maritimes, under the same LMNP regime, the same déclarations, the same December CFE ritual that you're facing.

This service exists because of a pattern I kept seeing: foreign owners paying platform prices for anonymous management, while the questions that actually cost them money — the tax regime, the social charges rate, the registration rules that changed again — went unanswered, because the big operators won't touch them and the small ones can't.

I keep a low profile online; my clients get my name, my number and my face at the first call, and full company details sit in the legal notice as French law requires. What I can tell you here is how I work:

Like an asset manager, not a concierge.

Your flat is capital. It deserves reporting, a strategy, and someone who reads the regulations before they make the news.

With my own address book.

A cleaner who shows up in August. A photographer who shoots apartments for a living. A handyman who answers on Sunday. An English-speaking accountant who specialises in non-resident landlords. Years to build; yours from day one.

Never touching your money.

Rental income goes from the platform straight to you. I invoice my services. This isn't just cleaner — it's the design principle the whole service is built around.

Deliberately small.

A limited number of properties, chosen because I can make them perform. When I'm full, I say so, and there's a waiting list rather than a drop in standards.

If that sounds like your kind of arrangement, the button below starts with your flat, not with me.
